Meal timing can truly be a powerful force in your diet regimen. The greatest time to eat the largest meals are in the morning to restore glycogen and after a workout. A meal every 3-4 hours is said to be the right formula. But people are different, and I'm here to tell you through personal experience you must do what your body wants. How do you feel? Low on energy,stomach pains,and feeling hungry. Well that's time you need to eat. You see the right diet is not hard but just relys on you responding at the right time to your body.

*Drink water-Another myth that we all know about but don't have the ultmate grasp on. Your water intake should be considered on how you feel, on the amount of water loss you've taken recently, and the color of your urine. The science of the right diet can be the key to quick results.
